The main thrust of my work is Restoring Reciprocal Relationships through the hard work of reconciliation, understanding, compassion, and forgiveness--with ourselves, with others, and with our creator.
Whether we have a personal or interpersonal issue, it has a direct connection to how we relate to the world around us (and how the world relates to us). I walk with my clients as they develop insight, emotional-regulation skills, and compassion in their journey of seeking transformative healing.
